Conflict in Ukraine - Statement
Hawkinge Town Council is flying the Ukrainian flag as a symbol of solidarity with the people of Ukraine and everyone affected by the resulting humanitarian crisis. The flag will fly until the war is over and will only be replaced to mark specific national days. We stand with the UK government and its international partners in condemning the Russian government for its unprovoked war against Ukraine.
